The Guiding Principles and Program of the TRANSNATIONAL GOVERNMENT OF TAMIL EELAM

1 May

Attached is a list of polling stations for the Transnational Government of Tamil Eelam – UK elections on Sunday, 2nd May 2010 and it is absolutely imperative that all eligible votes are cast.

There will be worldwide elections on this date.

The Guiding Principles and Program  of the TRANSNATIONAL GOVERNMENT OF TAMIL EELAM
1.Commitment to achieving Tamil Eelam.
3.Promotion of the Welfare of the People in the homeland, the Tamil Diaspora
4.Promotion of Education in the homeland.
5.Promote Economic Welfare
6.Conduct of Foreign Relations
7.Prosecution of War Crimes, Crimes against Humanity and Genocide
8.Protect the Equality of Women and of All Tamils
9.Welfare of families of Martyrs, Former Combatants, and families affected by war.

The Advisory Committee has been consulting many sources and taken into account various questions raised by sections of the Tamil-speaking people in preparation of this report, and during the subsequent community consulting forums. Several country level dialogue meetings have been conducted, and feedback obtained from the community.  Most of the suggestions for improvement and a number of the critical comments have been incorporated in this version of the report.

Given the fact that this initiative is a process which will continue to develop, public input will remain as an important ingredient in that development. Though the work of preparing this report is now complete, the channels of communication via printed and electronic media maintained by the International Secretariat will serve as points of contact in the immediate future.  All inputs received by the International Secretariat will be transmitted in due course to the Constituent Assembly.  It is expected that the Constituent Assembly will set up its own mechanism for public consultation as part of its constitution building process.

Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success”
Every single Tamil should now vow to take this as their personal challenge and ACT UNITEDLY around the world as Diaspora to liberate the Tamil nation.
“You can’t separate peace from freedom because no one can be at peace unless he has his freedom.” -Malcolm X
A scholar quoted that a nation can easily be defeated and captured without weapons, if the language of the nation is destroyed.
We shall meet in Tamil Eelam soon!  Remember there are still 100,000 people in the camps and more than 12,000 boys and girls are suffering in prison!

    Dear Sir / Madam,

Our Transnational Government Of Thamileelam can recommend some well known to people to become Thamileelam President, Primeminister.
I would like to give some people names who has much talents for brave leadership . They are Mr Visvanathan Rudrakumaran, Father Immanuel, Ms Janani Jananayakam,GTV presenter Mr Thinesh or this parliment members can recommend their leaders within themself or from the above popular well talented communication skilled people.

As soon as form this government please form our Thamileelam international airlines and this will give a strong signal to the world about tamils aspirationsand and this will attract all the countries people and their governments. We tamils around the world must buy shares to invest on these aircrafts and put them on international service. Billions of people around the world will talk about the Thamileelam and their message can go strongly to their governments to push the united nations to recognise Thamileelam independence. This government must order atleast two new model 380 airbus and this must come with tigers flag in the back or in the tail and colours can be white Blue . First Service can be between London to Canada,Switzerland, France, Germany and don’t do any service to asian countries and we can’t believe these asian countries untill we achieve our Thamileelam independence.

We proud about our transnational government of Thamileelam. We thank to GTV for giving political knowledge to our world tamils. We look forward to see your service to extend to all over the world. We hope this new government may extend your service to all countries.

Tamils around the world must recognise GTV through this new government as their government media.

Also I wish to give some ideas to disscuss.

    1) If any suitable well educated real tamil candidate loose this transnational government of Thamileelam election, they have to get a chance under national list ( Thesia Paddial ) to elect for this new tamil parliment. Because their service is very important in this crucial time.

    2) This government must select our first president, vice president and primeminister of Thamileelam from this elected members. Also well educated elected members must appoint them with ministry post to their desired sections.

    3) They must buy massive land and must build beautiful parliment to attract all the countries and president, primeminister must come by Thamileelam Airlines or Eelam Airways.

    4) This government must do all business to boom our Thamileelam world tamils economy.

    5) This government must work to bring india srilanka and their alliance countries to justice.

    6) Thamileelam tamils should come out of the nazi style camps.

    7) Transnational government of Thamileelam must call united nations to recognise Thamileelam independence or must do a referundum in Thamileelam for independence.

    Kind Regards
